The Lakevale Board has approved a proposed budget for 2026 based on the Finance Committee’s recommendation (see President’s letter attached)
Each household can cast one ballot. Please include your lot number below. Please vote on all three items, which are separate questions mandated by Section 6 of the bylaws.
Please submit your vote below before midnight January 18, 2026 at 11:59pm. Alternatively, you can download, print and drop off this ballot in person on the January 27th Annual Assessment Meeting of Members at the clubhouse at 7:30pm or mail it to Lakevale Estates, PO Box 626, Vienna, V A 22183.
Note: the Lakevale Estates website tracks lot numbers separately from Members’ account numbers. Your account number may be close to your lot number, but will most likely be different.
